Vitamin V to the rescue.

Well, I took some Valium and think I'm starting to relax a little. I wish there was a tape recorder function, because then you could hear my children and dog go at each other all at the same time. My Mom invades tomorrow with my Dad. Then I'll have the new found Father calling when she's here. Hmmmm Can you stay stress. LOL. Oh yeah baby I'm sooo looking forward to the chaos that is my family.

I'm enjoying some much needed Diet Coke. We were having such a day that I packed them up, bribed them with Ice Cream from McDonald's and went and got a huge Diet Coke. Then I took a little vitamin V just to soothe these nerves of mine. It's been a month since I had one, so I feel ok by it. Dr. C would be proud. Of course this is all because of the kids inside because it's 105 outside and the fact that my mom is invading. Yep..stressed.

She's even called 5 times today asking if I was ready. Jeez. Ok, so let's see.

Calgon take me away.
XOXO

Beth, are you sure you can move closer? Maybe halfway? LOL! My husband took the kids grocery shopping and I'm putting together a hutch for my daughter's room. I'll show you the before and afters later. The V is working. It's still 100 here and I'm a wuss. :) Thanks for listening to me complain. I hope I'm close to not needing to for at least another day.

Oh, I'm sorry it's so stressful, sweetie! Glad the V helped. Try to take it easy on yourself. I know...easier said than done. Hugs to you!!

Ah yes, V!! Very nice stuff. I am so bummed because I found out you can't take V or Xanax while nursing. Damn! I really could have used some as my stress level was off the thermometer last week.
Hang in there!
Oh yeah, why you so stressed about mom coming?

I can relate to stress. Thankfully I get along with my parents and I get along pretty well with my mother-in-law.
Yeah I'd say the heat could stress you out. Plus the noise with the kids playing, but I would hope having your parents visiting would help entertain your kids:)
Never had V before, but I'm sure it'd knock me out like a light since I'm so small!

It just helps take the edge off. LOL. My kids have been "Kids Gone Wild" the last few days.

Don't they know that Grandma is coming and that just stresses mommy out!

Will my house look nice enough? Will I be too fat? Will she notice all the touches I made to the house? UGH...yep!All that therapy and I still want her to see all the good stuff.
