My Ride, One mile from my house, and Why I love living here.
My Ride is a lovely new car. It's got a great GPS, so when I get lost in the back woods of Hickville USA..I can find my way home. Yes, I live in Nashville. No one told me about all the trees and woodlike scenery..lol. Culture Shock.
One mile from my house and I'm getting ready to leave my subdivision. I'd love Mama Duck's one mile trip.
What I love most about living here is my house. I'm working on getting trees cut, especially the ones next to the door. It's just trying to get someone out here who wants to work! Don't get me started. I do have a huge lovely home. I love the cozy feel and how homey I've made it. Yes..I do love something about Nashville. Plus, notice both big cars in the garage. I love the tidiness of a garage when you can get to big cars in a nice two car garage. That is a freezer not washer and dryer next to the jeep. Oh and yes...that's the mommy mobile in the back. My minivan. :)

Cute! I will have to do mine, but how in the hell am I supposed to take a picture while driving 1 mile from my home?! LOL!
Beautiful home! I have a question, probably something only a man would ask. How do you get into the minivan? It looks like with the washer and dryer there you don't have room to park so you crowd the minivan.

It's not a washer and dryer..lol! It's an extra freezer for all the frozen stuff. LOL.
Here's what you do. You go in sideways and shimmy in. Usually the hubby is gone when I use the van. BTW..lol, the kids get in after I pull out a little.

I just noticed you're in Tennessee, but I see hills in your neighborhood so I know you can't be near Memphis. Where are you? I don't see bulletholes anywhere on your car or house. You must be more east of Memphis.

Did I know you lived in Nashville? In theory, that could be somewhere we might end up someday (don't move back to CA in the meantime) being that it's the Capitol (DH is in gov't audit).
