That's right friends, in Nashville 214...is considered a little overpriced. Our last house we sold for a few hundred thousand more than that. SOOOOOO we have yet again dropped it in price by 5K, thrown in 2K for new flooring...oh and a $500 bonus to a realtor who can get us a contract before the end of July!
Oh did I mention we're moving two weeks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
Life just comes at you..and it's ok if you can learn to roll with it. I'm rolling..lol.

ReplyDeleteAs a realtor, I think the market has slowed... I did a study in March and found that homes in Nashville stay on the market about 7 months, on average. Go check out your competition and price yours just under theirs!
